Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to mainland Finland and EU countries. For information regarding delivery options to other countries, please contact us at info@valnorthgear.fi.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within mainland Finland.

Shipping cost 12,00 € to the following countries:
Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Latvia, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria

Shipping cost 15,90 € to the following countries:
Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination:

Finland: 5–14 business days

International deliveries: 7–14 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on public holidays.

For unclaimed shipments or if the recipient refuses to accept the package, we will charge a fee. This fee includes the base cost of the selected delivery method plus return shipping and a €10 handling fee.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking code via email (if available). This allows you to track the delivery in real-time. If no email address was provided during checkout, we will be unable to send a tracking code or order confirmation.

Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, please contact us at info@valnorthgear.fi or call us at +358 44 022 4736 (Available Mon–Fri, 9:00–14:00). We will investigate the matter and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
