Why are the shoulder strap adjustments a bit stiff?

This is most common when the product is new. We recommend adjusting the straps using both hands—one to guide the buckle and the other to pull the strap. The webbing will soften with use and conform to the user over time. For best results, adjust the strap at a straight angle between the buckle and the free end.

Are the backpacks and packs waterproof?

Not completely. Our products are made from waterproof and water-resistant materials, but water may enter through the seams if exposed to moisture for an extended period of time.

Are all products heat-resistant?

No. Products made from heat-resistant materials are clearly marked on the product tag and in the product description. If heat resistance is not mentioned in the description, the product is not heat-resistant.

Are the products made in Finland?

Yes. All sewing and cutting of components currently takes place in our own production facility in Rauma, Finland.

How can I return a product I ordered?

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. For more details, please see our Returns section.

What does surplus PVC mean?

Surplus PVC refers to material we source from companies where PVC is left over or discarded as unused offcuts. Some items may show minor cosmetic marks as a result of this, but every piece is carefully inspected, and no visibly flawed material is used. Using surplus PVC reduces our environmental impact and helps lower the final price of the product.
